SOMERS POINT -
A worker was taken to the hospital Monday morning after an accident at a construction site. Members of the construction crew say the man suffered serious injuries after falling approximately 20 feet at the Super WaWa construction site on MacArthur Boulevard. It's unclear whether he fell from the roof or a ladder, but Somers Point police say the man was conscious and alert when he was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's Trauma Unit, and is expected to survive.
