OCEAN CITY -
Local banking experts gave their opinions on south Jersey's 2013 economic outlook Thursday.
Ocean City Home Bank president and CEO Steve Brady presented his annual economic forecast to members of the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce Thursday afternoon. Brady touched on what he thinks needs to be done to improve the economy not just in south Jersey, but nationally as well.
"We need to get our act together in Washington, we need to communicate better, we need to get some civility in Washington and I think if we can accomplish that then we can move the economy along rather quickly," said Brady
Brady added that a lot of small businesses are still struggling following Hurricane Sandy but the one silver lining is in the local construction industry.
