It's been six years in the making, and after months of construction four new businesses are almost ready to call the Hamilton Mall home.
"We were just talking about that, how we are very excited to have this new opening coming up."
Frequent visitors to the mall Zuleyka Perez and Rachael Maloney say they can't wait until this summer, when two of their favorite shops will be open for business.
"H&M and Forever 21 are both very popular brands with the junior market and we already have a very strong junior customer base and this will be a real plus for those customers," said Hamilton Mall General Manager, Bill Schu.
Once everything is finalized inside, mall officials say they will continue to sign business contracts with other stores for an "outside entrance only" storefront that will hopefully bring at least twelve new businesses to the Hamilton Mall in 2013.
Across the parking lot two new restaurants are just a few weeks away from taking reservations.
Hamilton Mall General Manger Bill Schu says both Buffalo Wild Wings, and Longhorn Steakhouse will open as early as March and are expected to pull large crowds into the shopping mecca thanks to their prime location off of the Black Horse Pike.
"I love to go out to lunch because we work in Mays Landing. So we go out to lunch a lot, so it's going to be nice to have different places to choose from now," said customer, Rachael Maloney.
And that's exactly what many plan to do, as shoppers say the Hamilton Mall is going to be the hottest stop in town.
The mall will also create a new entrance between H&M and Forever 21 as well as relocate the bus stop for easier access to the new shops.
