The second indictment against former Wildwood Mayor Gary Demarzo for charges of official misconduct has been dismissed by a New Jersey Superior Court Judge.
Demarzo was charged for the second time with official misconduct, in addition to criminal contempt and corruption of public resources.
It was alledged that he used city money to pay for personal legal expenses and other related expenses.
Superior Court Judge Albert Garofolo dismissed all counts of the indictment.
