ATLANTIC CITY -
The Federal Emergency Management Agency is starting to consolidate its superstorm Sandy disaster recovery centers in our area more than two months after the storm hit.
FEMA is closing its Cape May office as of Saturday and has moved its Atlantic City Disaster Recovery Center from the Convention Center to Boardwalk Hall.
FEMA representatives are still on hand to help residents with any Sandy related issues.
"If you had water damage, shingle damage, roof damage, any damage to your home, if you lost unemployment because your place of business was shut down, please come in and talk to us," says FEMA Disaster Recovery Center manager Tom Giddings.
FEMA is also opening a regional center in Manahawkin on Monday.
