What started as a high school community service project has only grown since its organizer has graduated.
"Skate for Wishes" was started by Kaytee Blizzard while she was attending Ocean City High School. The skating event held at the Flyers Skate Zone in Atlantic City is a fundraiser for the Make a Wish Foundation of New Jersey.
Now that Kaytee is in college, she has continued the event. Around 250 people attended Monday's skate.
