Police still searching for armed robbery suspect - NBC40.net
Galloway Police are still looking for a woman who carried out an armed robbery on Saturday afternoon at a Smithville CVS Pharmacy.
Police say it was around 5:30 p.m. when the white female entered the store wearing a black mask and approached the Pharmacist. According to authorities, "The female then held what was believed to be a handgun to the Pharmacist's back and demanded money and prescription pills." After the Pharmacist complied with suspect, she then immediately fled the store.
Officers from the Egg Harbor Twp Police Dept. and Stockton College Police Dept. responded and assisted with surveying the area. Police are still looking for the suspect, which they describe as a white female with blonde shoulder length hair who is approximately 5 feet tall and between 120-140 lbs. She was also wearing a black leather jacket and black pants at the CVS.
The case remains under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call Galloway Twp. Police Department at 609-652-3705.
