ATLANTIC COUNTY -
An Atlantic County man was appointed to New Jersey's Ethics Commission Monday.
The honorable Kenneth LeFevre of Brigantine was directly appointed to the ethics commission by the Governor. LeFevre previously served as the Chairman of the Atlantic County Republicans, before he retired from that position in November of 2005.
Another Atlantic County man was nominated for reappointment as Superior Court Judge by the Governor. Nelson Johnson, of Hammonton, was nominated for reappointment last week.
Johnson is the author of the award winning book "Boardwalk Empire: the Birth, High Times and Corruption of Atlantic City." His nomination is subject to the consent of the state senate.
