New Jersey's Department of Transportation is looking for qualified snowplow operators. Those interested must have a class B commercial driver's license - the trucks will be provided by the DOT. Officials say they're looking to supplement the force they already have, just in case a major storm hits. The on-call jobs pay about $43 per hour for people who have the proper credentials to operate one of the machines.
Anyone interested can send their resume along with a copy of their CDL and qualifications to:
DOT, P.O. Box 602, Trenton, NJ 08625
or an email to njdotjobs@dot.state.nj.us
