With just about 14 shopping days to go before Christmas, stores in Atlantic City are doing their best to bring customers back to the resort.
It's been nearly a month and half since Sandy slammed Atlantic city, and with just two weeks until Christmas, stores in the resort are doing everything they can to get customers in the door.
"Sketchers has some good deals. My daughter in law bought some clothes there. Some shoes, we went into the Crocs store. Lot of good deals," Sandra Lang said.
Good deals are exactly why shoppers say they are coming out to The Walk and the Piers Shops.
"Everyone has got some kind of sale going on," Brookestone Store Manager Joe Mancini said.
Whether you are inside or out, store fronts are filled with deep discount advertising as shops struggle to make a profit after Sandy.
"I just came down instead of going to the malls. I figured I could get some deals down here at the outlets," Priscilla Jackson said.
Priscilla Jackson came down to The Walk to check out the bargains and pick a few things up. Tanger says their stores often post deals on Tanger's website.
If you do come on down, you can get free parking at the garage if you spend $50, and if the Pier Shops are more your thing, you can park free there too during the week if you spend $20.
If you don't want to deal with driving you can still head to the city for it's shopping.
"We took the train from Haddonfield. I like that we can just walk right up and you don't have to drive down. It so convenient."
The shopping here is convenient, but regardless of where you go, many will be glad once their lists are all checked off.
"Christmas is almost here, I'll be glad when it comes and goes," said one lady who traveled from Vineland.
