New Jersey State Police have issued a silver alert after a couple from Ocean City went missing Saturday afternoon.

According to authorities, a family last saw 78-year old John E Bligh and his wife, 70-year old Ellen Bligh, driving away from their home around 3:30 p.m.

This is the second time John E. Bligh went missing. In 2010, Bligh was lost and later found in Harvey Cedars, NJ.

Family members told officials they believe "that both persons become confused at times and may be in the early stages of dementia and/or Alzheimer's disease although neither has been diagnosed by a medical professional."

According to authorities, the couple attends Ocean City's Saint Augustine Church. They also frequent the Burger King and Dunkin Donuts in Ocean City and the Shoprite and Burger King in Marmora, Jersey.

The couple drives a white 2004 Toyota Camry with the following New Jersey license plate: ZBE80J. Officials also say that on the back of the couple's car there is a magnet that reads, "Keep Christ in Christmas".
