Margate store sells $500,000 lottery ticket - NBC40.net

An Atlantic County convenience store sold a winning lottery ticket worth $500,000.

C.J. News and Variety on Ventnor Avenue in Margate sold a winning ticket in the New Jersey Lottery's Jersey Cash 5 Bonus Raffle promotion, lottery officials announced Monday.  The promotion, which started on October 29th gave Cash 5 players a bonus raffle ticket with the purchase of a five game, Cash 5.  The winning number was 689416.

The winner can present their ticket at any New Jersey Lottery retailer to validate their prize.
