Two men are behind bars in Cape May County as the result of a drug bust.
on Wednesday, the Cape May County Regional SWAT Team executed a warrant in the one hundred block of West Geneva Avenue in the Del Haven section of Middle Township. There they found 232 bags of heroin, worth an estimated $4,600 and seized over $6,000 in cash.
Robert Payne, 21, of Philadelphia was arrested and is facing several drug charges while Lower Township resident, 22 year-old Hadith Hicks was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
