Man indicted in 2011 Christmas Eve shooting - NBC40.net
A Pleasantville man has been indicted on murder charges for the December 24th, 2011 shooting of at the Marina del Ray apartments in Pleasantville.
An Atlantic County grand jury indicted 29 year-old Lenny Ross Jr., of Pleasantville, on 11 counts, including first degree murder, for fatally shooting Steven Gurrs Jr., 28, of Somers Point, last Christmas Eve. Gurrs suffered a gunshot wound to the head that night, and was pronounced dead at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center the next day.
Ross was arrested on July 12th, 2012 in Atlantic City. He is being held on $1 million dollars bail.
