NORTHFIELD - It's called Crossfit, and it's nothing like any traditional workout.
A combination of cardiovascular exercises, weight training and movements, Crossfit focuses on doing as many exercise circuits as possible as quickly as you can.
It's taken the fitness world by storm, with one of its athletes, Rich Froning, being featured on the cover of the December issue of Muscle & Fitness magazine.
And it's now in south jersey at living well Crossfit.
We spoke with the owner who said that this type of workout is great for those who want to stay in shape, because it changes from day to day. And although it may be intense, it's over quick.
