Local radio personalities are working to support those who continue to suffer from Hurricane Sandy.
Newstalk 1400 WOND broadcast live from Formica Brothers bakery in the Kensington Shopping Center Monday morning. This is the 11th year that radio host Barbara Altman has held a donation drive, but this year Hurricane Sandy has increased the need.
Altman was there Monday morning collecting food and goods to benefit the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, the Jewish Family Service Food Pantry and the St. Nicholas of Tolentine Food Pantry in Atlantic City.
