BRIGANTINE -

Some of Brigantine's heroes are helping to keep the shore town's kids warm this winter.

Today the Brigantine Firefighter's Union donated more than 350 new winter coats to the Brigantine Elementary and Middle Schools, for children who may have lost everything as a result of Hurricane Sandy.

Today's donation was part of the International Association of Fire Fighters "Coats

For Kids" program, which provides winter coats for families in need across the country.
