
Police officers responded to Beachcomber Collectibles in the Shore Mall in reference to a reported robbery Friday afternoon. Police say a suspect allegedly assaulted two employees of Beachcomber when trying to flee the store after committing a theft.
Officer Robert O'Donoghue arrested 43-year-old Terrance Thomas of Camden in the mall parking lot shortly after. No weapons were involved in the robbery and no injuries were reported.
Thomas was charged with two counts of robbery, theft, and simple assault. Thomas is lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $75,000 cash bail.
