The FEMA Helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to New Jersey residents looking for information about disaster aid or checking the status of their application.
The number for the FEMA helpline is 1-800-621-FEMA (3362). Those who use 711 or video relay service should call 800-621-3362. Once residents are registered, they can get information and help in regards to many of their questions.
Residents are also urged to visit FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers, which are set up in various locations throughout the state.
