
Police say a man who threatened to shoot workers at a local Motor Vehicle Commission in June is now in custody.
Police
say 45 year old Guy Costabile, of Atlantic City called 911 from a
prepaid cellular phone on Friday, June 29th and stated that he was at
the Shore Mall in Egg Harbor Township and threatened to shoot all of the
tellers at the MVC. The MVC was evacuated and locked down for the rest
of the day.
After a long investigation, Egg Harbor Township
Police arrested Costabile on Wednesday, and charged him with causing
false public alarm, terroristic threats and misuse of the 911 system.
He is being held on $15,000 bail.
