Monday is Halloween for the Garden State after Governor Christie
designated Monday as the day for celebrations and trick or treating.
In
Atlantic City, the police department put together treat bags for the
kids still located at the convention center shelter. Police officers
then delivered the candy to the shelter.
Many municipalities will be trick or treating Monday night, while some designated trick or treat times this past weekend.
