Jeff has spent more than two decades in the field of communication and journalism, and has been a fixture on South Jersey television and radio. Thirteen of those years Jeff served as senior anchor and news director of WMGM-TV, along with WOND-AM and WMGM-FM radio.
Currently he anchors NewsChannel 40 NBC's Sunday evening 11-pm news. He also hosts his own fast paced radio talk show weekday afternoons at 3 on sister radio station WOND-AM (News Talk 1400). Jeff has appeared as a panelist and guest on MSNBC and the Donahue Show as well as the top rated nationally syndicated Sean Hannity radio show.
Jeff's fulltime venture is as owner of The Jeff Whitaker Company specializing in various facets of communications from seminars and media related consultation to marketing, group facilitation and video production.
During his career, Jeff has served as President of The Press Club of Atlantic City (the oldest press club in the nation) and President of The New Jersey Associated Press Broadcasters Association.
