Also indicted by a grand jury Thursday, Jerry "Wolf" Soto and Wayne Hoffman for their alleged roles in the brutal April murder of a Somer Point man whose body was found underneath the pier at Caesar's in Atlantic City.

A 2 week investigation led to the arrest of the 2 men.

It is alleged the victim 19 year-old Joseph Frankowski Jr. was drinking with the 2 men before they fatally assaulted him.

Both men remain jailed in lieu of bail or court proceedings.
