MURDER TRIAL OF AN ELDERLY MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING HIS FORMER BOSS IN 2008 BEGINS

MAYS LANDING----The murder trial of an elderly man accused of killing his former boss in 2008 over a 10,000 dollar debt started Wednesday.
According to the prosecutor's opening statements 72-year old Jose Aleman, killed 59 -year old Pong Yu in cold blood in an Atlantic City alley.
The murder was caught on surveillance video plus investigators have a video confession from the defendant.
At the time of the crime, Yu was meeting with a Pleasantville architect on business who not only witnessed the murder, he was also "grazed" by a bullet himself.
Eyewitness, Carlos Smith said, "I didn't notice at the time but I did notice I had blood on my arm."
Yu was shot at three times, once in the stomach, the other bullet was lodge in Yu's brain.
The third bullet ended up in Smith's car, the key eyewitness in the case.
