PLEASANTVILLE-- Authorities are investigating a crash involving a school bus that sent a young child to the hospital.

Police say the accident happened around 12:30PM at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and the Black Horse Pike, when a school bus, not carrying children at the time, collided with a Lexus Sedan.

All four occupants of the car were taken to the hospital, including a 4 year-old boy who had to be airlifted to Cooper Medical Center in Camden. The extent of his injuries are unknown at this time, as well as the other passengers.

Authorities say they're still investigating what caused the crash.
