CAPE MAY-The investigation hearing into the sinking of the fishing boat the Lady Mary is set to reconvene Monday.

The public hearing taking place at the Coast Guard Training Center Cape May is set to feature new evidence, the most important of which is the rudder, recovered from the wreck site early last month.

There will also be testimony from commercial divers who dove on the Lady Mary, as well as fisherman who were in the area on the fateful day.

The Lady Mary sank some 60 miles off the coat of cape may taking with it all but one of its crew.
